Food Hygiene Course is designed for you or your employees who work in an environment that deals with food. It teaches comprehensive principles of good food handling practices to anyone who is a food handler in an environment where food is prepared, stored or cooked. This Level 2 Food Hygiene Course is delivered over a 5-hour session and assists with meeting Food Safety Act of 1990; a variety of food safety/hygiene regulations including those introduced in 2006; and the Food Information for Consumers Regulation. This enables Food Businesses to ensure that food handlers are trained in food hygiene and food safety practices in a way that is appropriate to the work they do.
